Services Provided.

At Red Lotus Psychology, I provide assistance with managing, alleviating and/or resolving mental health concerns.  I also provide support with managing, coping with, improving and potentially recovering from physical health concerns by addressing psychological, emotional and behavioural contributors to them.  Some of these concerns relate to: Depression; Anxiety and Panic; Stress; Trauma; Grief and Loss; Low Self-Esteem; Poor Self-Identity; Life Transition and Adjustment Difficulties; Interpersonal/Relational Difficulties and Work-Related Issues. 

I use evidence-based approaches using an Integrative approach of:

  • Psychoeducation
  • Neuropsychotherapy Principles.
  • Mindfulness-Stress Reduction/Anxiety Management Techniques
  • Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Positive Psychology; and
  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

On completion of Functional Nutrition training, I look forward to supporting people with more of the same in a consultant role.
